What better environment to learn how to make your own delicious chocolates, patisserie and confections in than amongst the daily buzz of a working production facility, surrounded by award winning and fun loving chocolatiers and pasty chefs?                                                                          

Our goal is for you have fantastic experience, to be fed handsomely and to leave with armfuls of wonderful recipes and handmade produce for you to share with family and friends.                                                                            

All courses will be led by our head chocolatier and pastry chef, Shelly Preston, who will support and guide you meticulously through each recipe in order for you to produce great results.

SAT 31ST MARCH: Easter Eggs

Wow your friends and family this Easter with your own, hand crafted Easter Eggs. So much fun, so much chocolate! Join us for a making and hand-painting Easter Egg making bonanza. The session will begin with a tempering masterclass and you will learn the basics of working with tempered chocolate and moulds. Easter gift wrap provided.
